AMALGAM REMOVAL WITH TRIPLE PROTECTION – FREE YOURSELF FROM OLD AND HARMFUL TOXINS!
RISK OF MERCURY POISONING DURING AMALGAM FILLING REMOVAL?
The health of our patients is our top priority. That’s why we offer amalgam removal with triple protection. This ensures maximum safety during the procedure, preventing the inhalation of harmful dust and vapors.
At KU64, our specialists not only offer advanced triple protection during the treatment — we also support you in the full detoxification process that follows. Mercury deposits in the body may show up as fatigue, exhaustion, general discomfort, burning tongue, metallic taste, inflamed gums, or even unexplained joint and headache symptoms. The highest mercury exposure occurs when amalgam fillings are placed or removed. During removal, tiny particles can enter the oral cavity and be absorbed through the mucous membranes — and toxic mercury vapors are also released.
Here’s how amalgam removal works:
Rubber dam: The tooth is isolated from the oral cavity and surrounding teeth using a special rubber barrier.
Special suction system: A plastic cap (Clean-Up system from Sweden) encloses the tooth and connects to a powerful suction unit.
Oxygen supply: An oxygen nasal cannula is used to provide additional oxygen during the drilling process.
Special low-speed drills offer added protection. Once all amalgam fillings have been removed and replaced with temporary fillings, the detoxification process can continue.
Thanks to our holistic treatment approach, which considers the entire person, KU64 recommends a personalized detox plan (amalgam detoxification) – we’re happy to advise you!
WHY IS IT WORTH REMOVING AMALGAM FILLINGS?
While amalgam was in your mouth, small amounts of mercury were continuously released into your bloodstream via the mucous membranes and dentinal tubules. Mercury has a half-life of about 30 years – meaning that only 50% is broken down after three decades. With the help of chelating agents, mercury can be bound and eliminated via the digestive system over a period of about six months. After this, your teeth can be permanently restored with new fillings made from composite, ceramic, or gold.
Our KU64 specialists will be happy to advise you. With our in-house dental lab SMILE DESIGN, we guarantee the use of only the best biocompatible materials – ensuring safe treatment even for patients with sensitivities or allergies. German precision work ensures top quality, and a product certificate provides full transparency about the materials used. Even small fillings are done exclusively with high-quality biocompatible composite materials.
