STEP BY STEP TO YOUR PERFECT SMILE WITH DIGITAL SMILE DESIGN

A comprehensive dental restoration needs careful planning and must be tailored to your specific needs. We begin by getting to know you and discussing your wishes before starting any treatment. We take time to understand your goals and respond to your individual needs.

Following the consultation, we carry out a thorough examination to assess the current health of your teeth. If necessary, we take dental X-rays and create models of your teeth to precisely tailor your Digital Smile Design plan.

Next, we invite you to our in-house photo studio. During a brief photo session, we take pictures of you and your smile. Our KU64 experts then analyze these together with our dental technicians.

Using specialized software, your smile is digitally designed and compared to your current situation. The result is then prepared as a removable wax-up – your personal smile prototype.

At your next visit, we test the wax-up – and your cosmetic test drive begins! Photos and videos are taken so you can see exactly how your new smile looks. Together, we evaluate shape, color, and overall aesthetics. Adjustments are made directly to the wax-up until your dream smile is achieved.

We then discuss the necessary treatment steps, associated costs, and any alternative options. Whether you choose ceramic veneers, crowns, bridges, inlays, fillings, tooth whitening, aligner-based corrections or other restorative procedures – KU64 offers the full range of dental treatments with the highest standards of care.

Smile Makeover at KU64

Without any great expectations – but with a lot of uncertainty and fear of the dentist – I visited the KU64 practice in June 2021 after extensive online research, hoping to finally get a new smile. I had booked an appointment with Dr. König. It was important to me to work with a dentist who specializes not only in full-ceramic restorations but also in aesthetics and tooth preservation. Since years of grinding and acidic drinks had completely damaged my teeth, I was very worried whether a restoration would be possible at all without further losses.

After the first consultation with Dr. König, we immediately got started, and I was gradually introduced to the amazing team that would be responsible for my dental restoration. I truly wasn’t an easy case. From extremely sensitive and pain-prone teeth to insurance-related complications – there were many hurdles to overcome during my treatment, all of which were addressed immediately, competently, and with a solution-oriented mindset by everyone involved. I am deeply grateful to Dr. König for her angelic patience, her honest and clear explanations, her precise craftsmanship, and her empathetic and calm approach to every situation.

A very special thank you – and one of the many reasons why I would recommend KU64 to anyone considering a dental restoration – goes to Ms. Stauffenberg. Without her support in coordinating the entire process, I would have been completely lost in the jungle of insurance paperwork, bureaucratic demands, and the overall complexity of this major project. It’s something you don’t value enough at the beginning, but it’s truly priceless – especially when you have a demanding job and very little time. I’m also incredibly thankful to the dental lab, especially Ms. Vera Lipske, for the fantastic work on all my temporaries and the final result. Every single crown fit perfectly on the first try – a testament to the lab’s precision and attention to detail.

All in all, I can truly say I’m 100% satisfied – and I’ve found in Dr. König a dentist I certainly won’t let go of anytime soon.

For the first time in my life, I can smile without covering my teeth with my hand or lips – and that’s a feeling I can only express with a big, white, straight smile for the entire practice team.
